Ok I love this app, I use it all the time. I works in most cities I think, I use it in France and it worked in Athens, absolutely incredible. BUT there should be an option to report wrong info. I just waited 10 minutes for a bus that doesn't exist right now, it only works at some periods of the year. But Moovit says "it's right there, it's coming!" and there's no way to report it's not. I get that it cannot be perfect and it can display wrong information, but please let us report it! 🙏

I've been using this app for two years and a half now, it WAS accurate, it HAD better choices and options, over the past year the app started getting worse and worse even suggesting routes where one modality doesn't have any services, it suggested to take the metro that was already closed, and then to take a night bus that was out of service! I waited until 3am before finally getting an uber! And to add to that mess of an app, it constantly bombards you with ads! Moved to citymapper, happy.

It was an amazing app before it got simply inundated with ads. There are full-page ads before, during and after every search. You're lost in the way and want to quickly check you're in the right side of the street? The app will force you through five seconds of the same uninteresting ad that it just shoved in your face a couple of minutes ago. It's just too painful to use it now. I'm switching...

More than public transportation app, it is created for ads and provide some transportation information. Even though I carefully click close ad button after necessary waiting time, it opens the link anyways. You must click several times and close the linked page repeatly to get to the next step. Poor tricks. For ad-free version, annual price is so high, comparing to other but more reliable apps. Bye Moovit, you cannot be even an alternative.

This app is ruined by excessive ads. Every time I try to plan a route, I'm forced to watch or skip ads. The smaller interactive elements make it difficult to use. It's disheartening to see a once-promising app prioritize ads over user experience. Perhaps a premium, ad-free version could be a solution. Many users would gladly pay a small fee to escape this endless loop of interruptions. After all, a happy user is a loyal user. Until then, I'll uninstall this app.

No way to see what number the train is makes this pretty useless. The funny thing is, when it is popping up with programmed options from the main home screen, it actually will include the numbers. But even if I look up the line on the other tab, the actual train number isn't there, which is really the best way to be certain you're getting on the right one imo, especially since often your titles don't match the trains. Ditched it for maps.

The ads are sooo intrusive in free version! Every time I see a bus coming and open the app to see the route, it shows me a stupid video that cannot be skipped for a few seconds of intense stress. I considered buying a subscription, but the timing of the ads is such a disrespect to users that I hate to pay any amount of money to the sellers.

The app has helped me get to several locations I've never been to before on time, showing you the fastest routes and what buses to catch and when they arrive in real time. The only downside is that theres ads every time you go off the app, even if its just for a second, and the only way to remove them is via a monthly subscription. Other than that, I would recommend ^^
