When it works it is great. I've been fighting "upgrade" and even though I have updated, it keeps crashing. I have two tournaments this weekend and zero app to use. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. I tried calling zorts, number disconnected, tried emailing, waiting on response.

I keep pushing updated and it comes back to reinstall 🤷🏾♀️ this doesn't make any sense I'll just have to contact my son's coach it's frustrating 😤

App is updated but keeps saying needing latest update. Even tried to uninstall and reinstalled and having the same issue.

It barely works half the time....always have to Uninstall and reinstall. Especially if you have mutlipmt teams registered. It will work one minute and then next ypu don't have anybdrop downs to switch between teams or rosters or the drop downs don't actually switch you to your other team or roster. UPDATE..... It is still doing the same thing even now.

Disappointing. Not sure who updates the info for the World Youth Football Championship games, but the brackets do not work for 9 out of 10 teams, scores, team games, standings are not updated timely for most teams and are inaccurate for a few games still, including seed rankings. Needs work. I would like to say though that this is a good idea for an app overall and probably is updated properly for other events.

Horrible app! So many problems and issues!!! This app was so fast to take my money when I needed to register my 2 boys but did not make them eligible. I went back and forth with this app so many times to get my kids to an "eligible" status. Overall experience: POOR! HORRIBLE!

Horrible app! Loaded with problems. Duplicate and triplicate files on player rosters. A desktop or laptop shows different information than what's on the mobile app. Not user friendly at all! Parents, Players and Coaches all with confusion with operational instructions!
