Sound volume is low (so we gotta turn it up), then we have video ads (recent update) with loud volume => it becomes SO LOUD and startles me everytime video ads suddenly pop up, my God I think one day I'm gonna die from heart attack. Update: still nothing done with this issue. its seriously so, so irritating, it drives me insane. Byebye.

It use to be a really good app but it's been about 8 months and majority of the audio stopped working. It normally says how many chapters doesn't have audio but even the ones that supposedly have audio don't work. The same problem with the online version. I tried contacting the guys but I didn't receive a response.

Half of the chapters have no audio. The play and pause button is replaced with an "x" which does nothing. The interface doesn't indicate the name if chapter which is reading but the chapter that was tapped on last. These problems only appeared after the update so please fix them quickly. Thanks

Can't even log on to my account and listend to any thing anymore since the update. Totally useless app now 😑 until it's fix it will not get 4 or 5 star. UPDATE: the app works great now since all the update and bug fix, just kinda sad that some of the books are gone now. Hope they can be brought back soon!

The e-books spoken language turns Viet for quite a no of books and u cannot change it back. Even after left numerouse msg on their chat on facebook, there is totally no response. Super disappointing esp when u are mid way thru or at aclift hanger.

It was working well but at some point it just stopped playing most novels. Well most as in all of them. They'll play one chapter then just won't play anymore from any novel. It seems it won't load them

There r some books that u have on web site but not here in this app and there some book have voice only half and the other half dont have voice. Please fix it thank you.
