Address input is broken in Störungsfinder, can't just simply enter the address, have to wait for search to complete. Search never completes for house number. Unfortunately, have to use Störungsfinder quite often, thank you Vodafone!

Each time this app updates it wants to install some junk apps on your phone if you are not careful with the checkboxes. There is no excuse for this It's been years already, please fix it.

I just don't give the max ratting cause, after you finish the data from the Internet plan, the service runs so slow, but so slow that you can't even open the menu to recharge the plan to get more data. I think that menus should be the simplest possible to allows us to load it, so we can pay for more, but instead is all full of links and images and templates that need to load on a so slow service. After one hour or so of just waiting for the menus to load, then I'm able to pay for more.

It's quite disappointing you cannot have the app in English. As a matter of fact, there is no language setting at all. Everything is in German, which makes the app barely usable by foreigners and that is very annoying. Some people would say "what do you expect, you are in Germany", but from my experience this does not look user friendly and customer oriented for an international company of that scale. Shame!

The latest app version doesn't support English language, when the previous versions supported it. This is unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. You do everything to make your customers switch to another provider. And why is it take 120mb of data on the phone? Is there a hidden Facebook somewhere inside?

I cannot update the app and had multiple issues with it, it doesn't show up in my play store anymore despite having my play store country set to germany (where I reside and have a bank account). the app is just broken.

Well, opens every now and then. Especially now when traveling would be good to know the data usage. Unfortunately not possible.

Vodafone is a thief. You top up your prepaid in advance and they charge you for who knows what. Then guess what, they're unable to debit the payment for the coming month. But the app works quite well
