Took 5 months for Rooms to open or not lock me out. Every time I get a notification from the app about my kids, it doesn't open, is a white screen, or makes me reset my password just to "reset" opening....and about every 10th time I get lucky and I can read something important from teachers. Bugs and issues when launched were kind of understandable. But 1+ year later, no better. Bottom line, if this is the mandatory communication source for parents of students, it needs to work for parents.

App almost never gives me the little toggle option at the bottom to switch over here to Rooms which makes it almost impossible to see messages from her teacher.

Not sure if it needs to be patched or updated, but this app just recently started signing me out repeatedly and won't let me stay logged in! And then it's extremely difficult to log in because it's glitchy. Please fix this!

Keeps crashing, I have unread messages from teachers that I can't access because the second you hit the message icon the app crashes and closes. Go back to class dojo please.

I'm not happy yet with Rooms. I have been trying for 3 days now to get it on my phone and still no luck. I'm hoping the next time is good. I don't like not being able to do what I need to know how my children are in school. I LOVED Seesaw and all that it was meant to do. Never had a problem with it even during the Home Schooling during the first of Covid time and on. HE.Bonner Elementary has Wonderful Staff, and that is for All of the Staff. I wish we could also get rooms on our Desktops.

NOT USER FRIENDLY. Crashes. Then I find unread messages from teacher. Also makes no noise to alert me when I have a message. Yet I clearly have it set to do so.
