Registration took several hours because no confirming email ever arrived. By that time, I had paid with coins, done my shopping and gone home! When I finally managed to register, I find they want payments for anything other than basic service. I think I'll start my own parking business: it seems like an easy way to make a fortune out of nothing much

This app is replacing the original, but is a downgrade. The original app parking app wasn't as pretty but worked really well, it didn't need much improvement. But now this app is for some reason replacing the old. And everything is worse about it, it takes longer and require more steps to do the same actions, there's an expensive monthly fee which they keep changing what it covers. Clearly devs still optimising the new app but also optimising profits over user experience.

I've been using this app for a while and really appreciated the features it offered for free. Unfortunately, recent updates have moved some of these core functions behind a paywall.

Highly annoying app for parking. All I want to do is choose a location and choose a duration. I don't want bombarding with subscription and premium offers, loads of pop up and questions when all I need to do is... Choose my location and choose a duration. Do us all a favour and look at RingGo and PayByPhone apps. This is how you pay for parking.

Just found myself having to use this app because the ticket machine card reader wasn't working. It's trying too hard to be helpful, it's overcomplicated, and expensive (70p parking fee became 90p on the app for... convenience?). Other apps in the area are nice and simple, all I want from a parking app is to pay for parking, and possibly a nominal fee, not having to subsidise all the extra features I do not want cluttering up the experience in the first place. Meters remaining unfixed permanently

up until now i have loved this app! Can someone please fix whatever is going on. I've been subscribed to premium for the last god knows how long but for the last 4 months it doesn't give me the premium features yet i am still paying for premium. Why?

repeatedly kept crashing and didn't offer any parking options when car park said we could pay with this app.

This new app seems to be an act of deliberate sabotage. The old app gave all the info you needed in an easy to get way. This app is intensely complicated and completely lacking in detail in any accessible way. If you want to check an area adjacent to yours you can't drag the pin or select that area you basically have to type in the name of the street to re-search it. The interface must have been someone's first attempt it is hard to imagine the original team had anything to do with this app.
