Once you sign it, the parking options information is very helpful. I find it better than most of the other similar apps. This app includes information for paid, metered, and free parking.

Easy to use, it seems to be accurate. I have used it more than a few times, and it was spot-on. (I only give 5 stars if I'm really familiar with the app.) Never disappointed.

It saved me easy more that $100 on my last vacation UPDATE: 8/31/2019 The application changed completely and doesn't work like before. Now you can find parking's in the area but no information about the rate and location. Now is focused on parking lots that they have agreements to reserve in advance and will not provide information about the parking if you cannot reserve. uninstalling since now is not very good. I understand they need to make money but there must be another way to monetize the app without sacrificing what made the original app the best (find cheap parking)

I would not make a reservation using Best Parking again. The app asked what type of vehicle I had. I drive a mid sized SUV so I chose SUV and paid the $10 premium for a total of $27. There was a sign at the parking lot saying $14.36. The parking attendant was very nice and offered to charge the discounted rate and also told me my vehicle didn't qualify for premium pricing. I was afraid of double paying since I had already charged $27 via the app. Bottom line, overpaid by a lot by using the app.

Save alot of money by going to the cheapest garage close to where I need to go. Love that I can reserve a space in advance, see facility info, directions & add more time through the app. The only problem I've had was I had to pay an extra $2 for leaving the garage gate 2 mins late because I had forgotten what floor I was parked. Need to remember to check what floor in the future to avoid this problem. But usually, most garages allow you 5-10mins to get out without needing to pay more though.

There might be some caveats, such as inability to take out your car as needed during your stay. I booked through the app and had to cancel, since that arrangement didn't work for us. I didn't get a full refund, since I found out about this at the parking location, which of course I arrived at after the beginning of the timeframe I provided. UPDATE: Re-entry is part of the filters. I don't know why it's not made more obvious in the description.

From 2/2015: A lifesaver for the garages, especially Update: Great customer service! When I reached the garage, the clearance was too low for my SUV, which was not noted in the app (and the fee included $10 upcharge for SUV, so I was very surprised!). I contacted Best parking and within an hour they responded with a full refund.
