I use this app all the time as I often have to find a space in London at short notice. It's easy to use and reliable and has a great range of spaces at good prices. Only caveat is, if using actual car parks, check the tariff before booking as I once ended up paying more via the app than the actual on site fee. And do read the reviews before hand, especially if you have a large car! Spaces are often small and tight to get into - not the fault of the app, just something to bear in mind!

Great app, has saved me loads, I work in London and often get stitched up with paying top price for all day parking at the local car parks, so far my total savings are approx 60% Only problem is I've transferred my personal number plate onto my new vehicle and even though I'm running the latest version of this app, it still has a vehicle I had 8 years ago as being assigned to that registration. There's no way to edit this and the app obviously doesn't check with DVLA., hence 3*

As soon as I open the app, if I'm near a meter it sets up for me. No looking around on site. Straight in and choose amount time and pay. In some of the parking areas it allows you to extend your stay without having to go back to the meter. It also messages you how much time is left when time gets low.

Quick and easy to use, really fast sign up especially if your using Google pay and your details are filled out correctly! Just turn off SMS messages as people state it will charge you extra per MSG. As I'm doing a year course in London, I have definitely found the perfect car park and app for me, love up.

The worst parking app. Awful UX, everything is complicated to do, can't find the right information, charged £1.50 over the rate from the machine in the car park and won't even admit it's a service charge on the receipt. Total garbage, check out Ringo for a user friendly parking app.

Provides the service it's intended for, but prices often vary from those advertised. Not the best app of this type I've used, especially when first entering a registration. If you don't know the car park number you can only search via future booking, any not show locations in book now screen?

5* review for the app. Works well - and intuitive compared to (the very many) parking apps around now. Yes, I object to downloading yet another parking app for a new car park; yes I object to the "convenience" fee despite it being cheaper to run an app than to pay cash collectors; yes I object to some of the dodgy car park operators that Just Park allow on their platform.. But the app is one of the better ones to be fair...

SCAMMED US. Helpbot is downright terrible. Unfortunately the actual customer service team are also disappointing, standing by their carpark providers' scam sceme. We were sent a PCN containing photos of our correctly displayed blue badge, showing us to be well within the time limits as signposted in Portishead Marina car park. Neither of the parking machines were operational but the warden certainly was. This is apparently a very common issue. Avoid at all costs.
