Just a terrible product and even more terrible app. Absolutely no feedback on what's happening. I spent 5 hours trying to connect to my router to no avail. Still not connected. Kids going crazy without Netflix as I am trying to fix it. Not sure I can, without buying a different brand mesh system.

It doesn't work. I've been trying for nearly a year to get this app to recognize my WiFi router/modem to no avail. I've turned on my Bluetooth and my location, and rested my phone on top of my router/modem to ensure that it's close enough to receive a signal, and it STILL didn't find my device. I have to use the Internet to control my WiFi. It's annoying. This app needs a serious update, or maybe a new app altogether.

Good router. But it just needs a way to update firmware for the device. My firmware version shows nothing same as my cable/internet provider Mediacom. Add away to restart your modem using the Surfboard app. Add some sort of firewall protection like other models and routers have. Also would like to see a push message option that alerts you to internet problem or a outage is detected.

I contacted cox, my internet provider, and they were very helpful in setting up my new divise. They made it simple,easy, and quick. Trying to set up the app became a challenge, I tried a couple of times (3). My phone was unable to page all the way down to make certain options. I then waited 5-10min, and here I am. Now, I have the challenge of setting up my printer and scanner. My printer wants me to push the WPS button for 3 seconds. There's no button to push. So I did some 🏄‍♂️ (which I tried

Good interface, user-friendly. Just has a few lagging issues requiring reboot on initial setup. Beside that, does what it needs.

Using for parental controls. When it works it's good, but 9.5 times out of 10 it's a pain to use. Moving from screen to screen causes it to hang a lot (I usually have to force close and start again). I get lots of error messages when trying to adjust the times when devices should be blocked and half the time the block I put in doesn't work. Hard to figure out how to delete devices from blocked profiles. Just so many issues. Very disappointed.
