This app is alright. Reports aren't great, could be more intuitive. Good for looking at & paying my bill. When I can log into my account. I know I'm entering in my password correctly. I say I'm having trouble accessing my account & it asks all these questions to verify I'm me. One of them is what is the last amount I was billed. The amount I enter doesn't match the records. That is because I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE THE STATEMENT THAT JUST CAME OUT TODAY! I only know last month's amount.

I have had nothing but problems with this app! Every time there's an update it won't let me log in after. Sometimes, just randomly, it won't allow logging in. I would think that a company that provides internet would have a decent app provided to pay for their service, especially when it's required. Very frustrating!

When this app works properly, it is the best to track your electric usage. "When it works properly" is the key phrase... Entire sections of the day are missing electricity usage. What's up with that. So yeah, get a dev that can make the app work all the time. What good is an app if it " kinda works". We know you have to be reading your ratings and reviews. Kind of embarrassing.

This app is pretty good. Only one complaint. If your account is a day past due, it will attempt to force you to pay the past due & the upcoming bill (even if the upcoming bill isn't due for almost a month). It will look like there is no way to edit this, but you can manually change it. Just beware and review it carefully before submitting a payment.

Only one company will work on it even though you can add others. I have to reinstall this app twice every month since I have to pay my bills through this app with 2 seperate companies. I hate this!!!!! Please fix it. I have been using this app for 2 year's. It worked correctly until point broadband bought out OPS one. Now it will get stuck on the last provider bill site that I used and it doesn't go to the page to change providers.

This new black and white app does not allow to check usage for whole year, and it says my usage is higher than Nov 2018, but the graph shows opposite info. And it only shows for November, but t want to check.from August forward. The other app was so much more useful, user friendly, and not so boring as it has the use of colors. Bring back the old app!

This app has always worked great until today. It's suddenly stating "Login failure. An error occurred while signing in. Please try again." However I've signed in many times and it keeps doing the same thing I even uninstalled the app then reinstalled it but it just continued to give me the same error message. I'm very frustrated at this point but hopefully it will be fixed soon. Otherwise I love this app; it's so easy to use and very convenient. I'll change my review/rating whe it works again.

I have used this app for nearly a decade now and have not had issues with it until September of this year. I have tried EVERYTHING to log into my account and it keeps popping up with an error. I've tried resetting my password and it won't allow that either because the error keeps popping up. I've tried reinstalling the app and nothing has helped. Absolutely useless app at this point.
