Opened app, invited to upgrade, then went through single sign in, initially worked then crashed 'unexpected error'. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reset password again and still will not run, 'unexpected error' loop. Worked for years until this upgrade and single sign in change. At this time, not impressed.

UPDATE: it runs smoothly now. Thanks. Just updated to the latest version everything runs smoothly except cannot play highlights/videos. There's a message "unexpected error we apologise for the inconvenience we have registered this error and will investigate the issue". Please fix asap.

Buggy experience with media especially video streams. For example, I have to force landscape mode from Android settings to watch video in landscape. Suggestion: add playback speed like 0.5x, 1.5x, or 2x as well as picture-in-picture.

Works fine for the most part, but the video player can be frustrating. You play a video and put it into landscape/fullscreen mode, but then the slightest movement makes the app think you've completely rotated the screen and it goes back into portrait/small player. This happens even with the orientation locked in the phone settings. Very irritating. Would be 5 stars if this can be fixed.

The video player on the Android app is awful. When maximising it to full screen, the bottom navigation bar is permanent (doesn't hide) and has a solid white background which is distracting and takes up valuable space. Also, the orientation is really sensitive and keeps turning back to small screen even though my phone has auto-rotate off. Needs fixing urgently.

Paid for the early access pass to watch 4 preseason matches, app won't let me log in due to a browser error and even when I get in, it tells me I haven't paid for it for at least 2-5 minutes before it finally recognises I've paid. Playback is also terrible, play button doesn't work unless it's full screen (I'm on a Pixel 8) and if the stream is interrupted for any reason, I have to repeat it all over again. Had marginally better success via the browser on my PC after logging out and back in.

Honestly one of the worst apps I have had the misfortune of being required to use. Stability is poor, user interface is terrible with constant redirections to external webpages and multiple repeated requirements to sign in (why?!) For a multimillion pound organisation to have an app this terrible is inexcusable in 2024 and takes the fans for granted. I am sorry to have to leave this review and generally try to be positive but Ithe app needs a total overhaul. Please act!

Whenever you try to play a video, the app reports there is an unexpected error. Not unexpected for me, I'm expecting it every time.
