Wow, this update has made it inefficient. I cannot manage individual networks as it just changes everything across the sites networks. If I were to buy an AP from Aruba right now without ever having used one I would return it as both the web gui and app are terrible. This latest update is going to make me replace the 20 or more access points I already have.

Version 3.0. Can't do anything on the app! Can't access any of my sites, create or modify. It constantly looping back to start page or non responding. And not only on the app - on website as well. What is happening HPE?! And why are there no announcements about the issues with the new version?!

It's great and convenient for admin to monitor the wifi infrastructure for free! However, even though the recent update enhanced the apps UI and health status, you can not view the total number of clients on each network anymore ! This is really making the admin be a blind guy - I don't know why Aruba takes out the statistics. It's really a very bad decision. Every admin should need this feature back!

A bit sluggish and clunky. Switching sites does not work. Have to exit the app, wait another eternity for it to reload, re-sort because my sorting preference doesn't save, then find the site I wanted to switch to.

The previous reviews all seem to have disappeared. This is a disappointing app for me at least, as it is slow, often complains about having no connectivity (certainly false) and - most annoyingly - forces me to re-authenticate several times a day.

Was fine with my first three AP11 devices. Then I bought AP11D to use ut as Router. Cannot detect it for a new Site. But is detectable in curret site as Regular AP. And I cannot find other way to start using it as Router. Edit: thank you for the advise about your "great" support, you can get a link to out-date documentation for every request. It looks also that there is only a single support specialist. It looks that Aruba is a dead product. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Does exactly what I need. Would like it more if they didn't track my usage. Not sure what data they are tracking but it certainly could be an opt-in thing (I requested they don't on there website which was nice). I am a privacy conscious consumer.

Worked correctly on the first AP I set up but from then on my Android has not been able to see the other 4 I have to set them up. Called support and they don't speak English so most of the conversation was me asking what they said. Only way to get different tech is to hang up and call again. But no one speaks English without a super thick accent so support was worthless. Will be returning the 5 I bought for testing.
