JET Mobile allows direct access to all your call report needs optimized for your phone. JET Mobile will also work on a tablet. The app makes it possible to complete call reports and travel records while at the work site. Your schedule is available to you at any time in both a Week and Month view format. You can easily schedule visits. Simply use the Start and Stop buttons to enter your call report date and time data.If you anticipate an internet connection will not be available, you can ‘Go Offline’ to download today’s assignments and documents so they are available for you to complete in store. When you have a good internet connection, simply ‘Go Online’ to upload your work. Digital signatures and Evidence are now available in Offline Mode. When multiple assignments are completed at one location, only one signature is needed.
Managers can now make changes from the phone such as view an employee’s calendar and profile, view assignment and travel history, add an unavailability, reschedule, reassign, create and complete audits.

It's the absolute worst app to have your job depend on. Constant internet issues, from logging in, taking and uploading photos, opening the app in general, opening documents, performing the job overall, is nearly impossible without running into some kind of issue. I can not express myself any clearer than this. I hate this app; it makes me hate my job.

The glitch I previously encountered owing to an upgrade is fixed. This app is running smoothly while downloading the sales manual document. I appreciate the fact the events are easy to access. Thank you IT for all you do to help us who are in the field when a glitch is encountered. The glitch is fixed. If encountering an issue, IT is very helpful.

Latest update 05/2020: It looks as if you need to delete the old app when you update. Otherwise you can open and login under both apps. (Old)Must re-enter your time for any changes. Locks up quite often. Latest update makes the print so large it doesn't fit the screen and locks up. 5-28-19 Update: there are many issues this app has already, so let's add 1 more... now each time I log in it says I need to update, which takes me to the open/ uninstall screen, meaning I have already updated it....

This is the worst app I had ever used. Constantly having issues not uploading work and or just stopped working and have to reinstall and loose all work data for the day. (Update) ASM IT has worked diligently to correct the mobile app issues while offline. The communication was responsive and action was taken to correct the problems.

This app continues to have problems. It gets my GPS off nearly everyday now, which causes me to be noncompliant. Everytime I report it, IT comes back and says it's my fault, that I need to clock in and out at the front of store every single time, which I always do. I honestly am starting to believe IT isn't really sure what they're doing. Other than that, the app seems to be good.

Hard to use, not user friendly. I completely understand how to use it. It is just not user friendly. The jobs should be able to drag n drop on the calendar without specifying a time it is super hard and annoying trying to reschedule stuff, also adding mileage is harder than necessary. Oh and add an unschedule button to completely unschedule a job not just reschedule.

App is unstable. It shuts down by itself while I'm working. Something at my workplace must be interfering with it. I follow the method for proper usage and still get emails that time is missing. Information I've entered while in the store will often dissappear, causing me to re enter info outside of the store in order to complete call reports.

Very easy to use and understand with some training. Only thing I think is missing is: If an event or assignment requires you to record a log of temps for food safety. For the safety of ASM and the ES running the event. I wish there was a third picture location just for the time and temp log. This way if something does happen (hope it never does), and the temp log is missing for what ever reason. There is a picture backup that can be used in it's place. DMs could also use for training.
