wirh this new upgrade... i cannot see "Registered Devices" in the settings menu. also astro go now limit to only 2 devices down from 4 previously. they asking to upgrade to astro go+ for 4 devices for 5.99/mth :( this is probably why many complaints about not being able to login.

Terrible support for non standard payment types. Won't accept Mastercard with non malaysian banks or any other payment type. Requires payment in shop and no means of contacting or speaking to anyone online through the app.

Sometimes, during the crucial moment, it just lagging and lagging.. cannot connect to network

Why have I not been able to log in? Whenever I opened the app, it crashed automatically. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. The app is also damn slow in everything. Everything loads slowly, and sometimes it suddenly shows 'Something's Wrong' over and over again. Well, of course something is wrong! Find it and fix it!

Very slow server response. Kampung like server maybe because don't want to pay for upgraded server. Cannot view my account section. That's a crucial section FYI to see the account outstanding balance. I don't know what kind of handshake they're using. When launching, the app takes probably about 30 to 40 seconds at least to just reach landing page.

Among the most unreliable applications in Play Store. I have been installing and uninstalling the app in order to know my current bills usage and to pay using its portal for the past four to six months. This is really inefficient and time wasting. Maybe the operational department should look into this matter more seriously as this is really unacceptable at all from a satellite TV provider.
