Can't disable touch controls for rog creta earbuds :* After coming from a pair of earbuds that allowed the option to disable touch controls and control the headphones just from the app i already want to go back, as someone who likes to lay on there side and game and watch movies I'm unable to, other wise the app ok just missing a feature I wish they had like similar gaming ear buds.

Very good app, if anyone is experiencing issues with equalizer, uninstall and reinstall does not fix the issue, at least for me it didn't, but reseting the "sound optimisation" fixed it, otherwise all works very well.

I have Rog Azoth keyboard, and the app cannot find it, I tried everything: pairing / I pairing, giving all kinds of permissions but no luck. Image a billion dollar hardware company that cannot build a simple mobile app? That's Asus. now the keyboard screen and app itself is useless since I have no way of configuring it

Disables the armoury crate quick toggle. Once you scan the barcode on the laptop, and makes the connection to the phone. The app will disable the quick toggle on the laptop. Every time you would try to activate the app using toggle. You will see an message, ROG key is disabled. I checked the software and restore defaults, but to no avail. Be careful, if you use crate toggle. You may not want to link the app and the laptop app experience.
A Google user
App doesn't seem to work. The PC is only registering the connection, not the app itself. I've tried with the QR scan and signing in with the RoG ID. I have Wi-Fi on both devices and connected to the same network. Bluetooth is on, both are connected as well, yet nothing happens, it still says that I am not connected through the app.

App is Good for laptop connection But it can be improved by adding features like wallpaper selection and Windows Management. Interface should be improved for Better user experience.

In concept this is a very useful app. In practice it is extremely infuriating to have it randomly disconnect from my computer for no reason. Whatever I do I cannot get it to stay connected for more than 10 min at a time. Also getting the camera to focus on the QR code is a giant pain. Please make the app automatically connect to the computer when I have it open (and stay connected), rather than having to go through this tedious process every single time.

I've been using ROG products for eons. Currently running srix g17, ROG delta headset. Connecting via account / Bluetooth / same WiFi connection, is a painful experience. In conclusion I found the app to be less than general bloatware. It's alot more convinient to simply run armor crate on pc instead rather to try to go through the app. Think it's the first time I have to be disappointed in an Asus product. Update: tried it again to see if its improved... It has not. Unable to use even through BT
