Amazing functionality, the quality of videos is excellent and I love that videos can be downloaded to watch on the go. The quality of instruction is top-class and there's so much content to choose from. Anytime I feel stuck, I just search for a technique and there are videos breaking it down from a high level perspective. I live in Spain, but I still have access to so much teaching content from HQ. A really amazing service that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner should download and subscribe to.

ATOS On Demand is an amazing investment for you jiu jitsu! My favorite part is that I can create a list and download techniques that I'm working on. As purple belt, this is super helpful because I can reference one library of videos that all are helping develop my specific game. I train at Atos HQ but live 45 minutes away, so I cannot make it in as much as I would like. This app helps me not only stay on track with the curriculum being taught during that week but also gives me access to whatever technique I need to study. I can make my personal liked list of videos and drill at home at my own pace to help me stay sharp.

We really appreciate that this app there's classes and videos that are updated almost every day there's some online academies that are good but they're only updated once a month and you can go through a lot of different things pretty quick so this is highly recommended one of the best BJJ Academy apps for sure!

One of the best BJJ apps out there. Theres a curriculum, theres gi and no gi and even some judo! . I have really unpredictable working hours ( I do alot of trauma and icu work in my job) and this helps me keep up with my BJJ regularly. I also do alot of judo and some of the drills help me transition from tachiwaza to newaza. Best part is I can use it at work its on my phone and TV. Really a great app!
