Im starting to see that people don't understand how the app works. This app is suppose to be paired with another app called "FirstNet Assist". This app allows you to verify your information one time, so you don't have to input your credentials everytime for the "FirstNet Assist" app. You are able to change your plan, and pay your bill from "FirstNet Assist". I wish you didn't have to have two apps to manage your account, but unfortunately that's exactly what you have to do.

Absolutely garbage system. App doesn't even work anymore, bill keeps going up, they're stuck in the 1980s with feasibility. Just all around trash. I've had First Net for 3 years and I'm leaving to Verizon.

Shows as installed through Play store, but doesn't show up under applications once installed. Haven't been able to get it functional even after three calls to technical support. It seems to work initially but ultimately does not.

Once you do the website part, download this app, put in login info. And try to login. A message pops up saying, "something isn't working try again". Personally I'm done trying 🤦♀️ Hopefully this is fixed before the 18th or the website keeps working cause this app is getting deleted!

If you've made it as far as downloading the app I'm sad to inform you that you've been duped. I'm sure you are like I was, super excited to have a dedicated reliable network for first responders that was cheaper than my previous network. Sound familiar? Folks this app along with the network is over hyped garbage. You literally jump through hoops to create an online account only to be sent to the app that will only let you logout...What?! If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is...

Not the greatest experience at first, but it works now. Be sure to enable notifications on the app for it to work properly once setup and authenticated on your phone.

I don't understand why logging on the web site works- but logging on this app doesn't take my credentials! One place takes them, and this one doesn't !! I tried multiple times. Quit! Makes NO sense

App doesn't work at all just like website doesn't work at all. I can't do anything online at all. I like the network but they need to fix the app and the website.
