Founded by Australian Professional Hairdresser and Educator Kylie Dwyer - co-founder of Elite Hair Education, developer of the Scissor Licence Program and awarded AHIA Educator Of The Year. Kylie started in the hairdressing industry in 1986 as a stylist, eventually becoming a hair salon owner and progressing to be a professional educator in 2003.

Kylie has developed training systems for some of Australia’s largest salon groups, been a mentor for the AHC and a board member for Professional Salon Society, allowing her to continually work closely with apprentices around Australia and inspire them to be the best hairdressers they can be.
