Please fix app ASAP, because after latest update installation, phone can connect to A810 wifi hotspot, but there is no real connection through app. App shows that it is connecting, and after it fails, it shows that I need to tap to try again. Before APP update, had no problem with connection.

I am having trouble updating my dashcam. The update has been pre-downloaded using the app, but when I try to install it, I keep getting a network error. My phone is connected to the dashcam via Wi-Fi, and it cannot access the internet during this connection.

After updating software the day I get it which is today. I was unable to use the dashcam as firmware was not suitable for software. I resolved that issue, and now the app can't connect to dashcam it says "not supported in region please contact seller for replacement". I'm so pissed. Can't fix the issue. Why have an app when u can't use it. Utterly disappointed. And friggin upset.

My dashcam shows SSID with a space "70mai_Pro Plus+" So even though my phone connects to wifi, app does not detect the device. Customer care asks me to ship device to Pune as service center is only there. I would request that you fix the app to recognise this SSID. I can connect to same model friend's dashcam as his SSID is different. Even my friend cannot connect to my dashcam

Recently upgraded my dash cam to A810 and found I have no longer GEO tag in my videos. Contacted support but did not received adequate answer. They pretending that do not understand my question.

It has been always a headache whenever i want to connect the Dashcam to my phone to download videos. Always refreshing, cannot connect etc.....always losing time. Moreover whenever the Dashcam is updated to the lasted software, I need to re configure the Dashcam from scratch... I'm really annoyed and disappointed with this

After updating the new firmware, I'm facing the issue of system time is not calibrated. Need to connect with phone and sync back. Everytime happen. Not even a week, just a day off.

Almost impossible to connect, very poor experience takes 20min of Your time to connect and download a simple picture or 2min video. Even with wi-fi connection it is downloading thru bluetooth.
