Was trying to complete my profile, and couldn't go any further: You ask for two documents, but allow only one to be uploaded -- "new uploaded documents will replace the existing file" it says. How is that possible? Also, please make clear what kind of document you want. I love the simple-but-nice UI, but it's more important to the get the message across.

Hi, I've been trying to complete my profile but I failed. I don't know why after I checked the 'upload' button, the logo of yayasan appeared with a blue circle outside and it just kept turning and turning but no response at all, just continue to load. I had no choice, so i click the back button of my phone and it straight away asked me whether to stay or to exit. I've chosen to stay but the page end up no response, just loading and loading. I've also click exit then it straight away log me out.

I can't log in with my correct password and mykad. It did not bring me to the logged in page. Why I know it's correct? There's no notification showing that it's wrong. It keeps bringing me back to the main page where I have to key in mykad and password over and over again.

I will give the app five star, the only problem is that i can't save my confirmation slip which it should be save when i click "click to print".I can't save it anymore as it back to menu when I open again.I end up send the screenshot of the confirmation slip from the app page.I dont even know if it will be accepted by Yayasan Sarawak.

The app is not user friendly because every time when I open another app to download the file that I need to upload in the yayaaan sarawak app, I have to login again in the ys app. It is so much hassle for me because it took my time just to do the application. Please fix the bug as I am not satisfied using this app.

Horrible app. I can't even log in my account. It kept on saying wrong password/ic. But when i try to log in using browser, no problem. So it's not the wrong password/ic, but it's the app.

Trying to upload doc and the notification said successfully updated but then the logo keep appearing with the blue circle loading forever. How to advance to application if this thing always happen?

Horible apps ever ! Ask me to fill my information back after YS message me.Then the prob is threre are no any button to refill my information and then i go do a new one then i cannot submit since the app said i had a application with same flight date that i alrdy submit before , seriously ?!?! The prob is i can't even delete the old one to upload a new one
