it's an OK app but it sends unnecessary notifications. "who cares" if there's "exciting news about new chargers" in a place I don't go? all my BC Hydro notifications are turned off. Contacted support about this but they didn't seem to understand that needlessly interrupting customers isn't helpful. got another "exciting update" today.

Have been using their chargers for 4 years. I now try to use them as little as possible because I'm tired of having to tell people there is lineup and you at 45 or 50 or 58 minutes. By hydro doesn't care otherwise they would implement something in the software that could easily deal with this problem but instead they want to make the charging situation as stressful as possible.

stopped chàrging after 10 minutes . it was only 24% chàrge on the battery . I got $12 charges for Idle fee ɓecause i removed my car after 30 minutes . I guess the charger was not working properly. I was not aware i have to stày inside the car even its cold. Not happy with their customer service.

Great advice over the phone! I will seek out bc hydro chargers in the future. offered an RFID card to simplify things in the future. I wish charging was not so complicated! why apps, accounts, wallets, logins, passwords, start up issues??.. make it as simple as gasoline..... credit card and go.

App is slow to connect with the station, slow to even update once charging. I had to rely on my cars app to let me know the state of charge. App didn't even let me know how much the charge was until at least 30 minutes after I had finished and had gotten home.

Does not communicate properly. I'm charging right now and it isn't reporting a thing. Nothing to tell me how much it has charged, no acknowledgement that I'm charging, nothing. This a garbage app that makes driving an EV more difficult.

Just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out why the charger stopped immediately after starting, and it's because my balance was too low. My own fault, but the app doesn't notify you why it stopped charging, or even display your balance unless you click on the wallet tab. Should be a pop up or something, would have saved time calling the help line.

The app worked well overall with one hitch. If you are near two stations, and another vehicle is connected at the same time as you and they have not started charging, it is possible to start charging at the wrong station if you are not careful. Always double check the station ID before hitting start. Feedback for the developer is to add a confirmation saying something like "Confirm you are connected to BC-XYZ123" with a "Start Charging" and "Cancel" button.
