Firstly is difficult to link the heater to the app and to the wifi, after many attemts it somehow worked, but the app itself is not user friendly at all, actually is one of the worst app interfaces ive ever seej or used. For a remote controling app is almost useless, serious upgrade is required.BEHA should take this under consideration if they want to make wifi enabled heaters..... The heater is very good, the app sucks...

I have never, in my absolute entire life, seen a bigger piece of garbage, than this application right here. After many years with the old application, which at least somewhat worked, no matter how dumb the interface and programming mode was, that one could at least be used. Now this company of obvious amateurs come out with the "new and improved" application, and out of 9 heaters that I had connected and working with the old application, I have absolutely NONE that are still working...

Straight to the loo... Worst scenario happened, this 2.0 version is even worse than previous one. At least the old app did reach all the heaters, now only few are online... Did not help at all with adding powerful wifi extender beside the offline heaters, they remain offline no matter what you do... Removed heaters few times and connected again... one of the four heaters stayed online, about 5 seconds... then lost... Great... I recommend kindly to BEHA to change the application programmers...

After few years of having really bad Beha app, I was really looking forward to the new, stable one. Unfortunately, the new app is as bad as the old one.. login is not working, you cannot add more options for scheduled temperature.. I hope at least login will be working in the future so the app can actually be used.. in my experience, being able to use app is kinda important for any application

Heater is connected to wifi, I can see it via router interface, it is reported as present but offline in the app. I reinstalled the app, reset heater wifi pairing, reset the router, turned things off and on ... nothing produced different results, app is unable to manage the heater it was created to manage. I understand you are a heater company, not a software company, but this is just so bad you should either do something about it, or stop selling wifi enabled products.

This is actually working better than the old app for me. One problem is if the WiFi signal is too weak, you're gonna have problems. You need a very good signal. The other problem is the WiFi itself. If you have some firewall protection or something similar that is blocking the traffic... problems. We have a corporate firewall that was causing problems and once I figured that out and used a non-restricted WiFi with very good signal, everything started working and behaving as it should.

I can't even begin to describe how terrible this app is. It is constantly losing connection with the heater, can't fetch data and tons of other problems. It didn't work properly longer than 20 days at a time. Medieval programming and design - baffling. I can't believe they released this in such a state and that they advertize wifi option for their heaters. Total fraud.

Had the heaters installed last week and while they heat up the rooms just fine I have not been able to connect them to the wifi using the app. The app does not discover any of the 4 heaters installed. 1 heater is less than 1 meter away from the router. Bit disappointed. I am contemplating adding smart plugs at least. What a shame
