Columbus Library runs summer reading challenge every summer. but this summer they put everything on a different app named beanstack, and not on their original app, so despite of completing all the challenges, my kid can not be considered a participant. so I am reducing 4 stars for doing that. its always preferable that there is only one app. edit: So, a couple of associates turned out to be very helpful...and sorted out our problem and gave a few prizes to our kid, which was very appriciative.

Wish i could check out physical books instead of curbside or self-service terminal. Overall easy to use. Quick response time. Nice graphics. Keeps track of login and your pick-up preferences. Cannot create lists for books you want to read. Has Completed, Later, and *n Progress. App needs updating.

Has worked ok in the past but lately it has been chugging and giving me error messages saying I need to connect to the Internet when I am already connected to the Internet with a strong signal and all of my other apps that need Internet access are working fine. Uninstalled, just use the website instead.

Couldn't log in at all. Every time I clicked log in it kicked me out of the app. Very horrible design. How can I access my account if it continues to kick me off and say there is an issue with the app? Would not recommend this app at all

It normally works great, but as of recent it won't let me cancel holds. it doesn't give me a reason either, it just says, "Could not cancel hold(s)."

Very handy app to have to manage all my library materials. The search function can be a little funky though.

Broken. Won't recognize the "format" of the barcode when I try to log in. If I type the barcode number in, the app just closes.

While it provides a fairly streamlined way to navigate the CML system, the App requires way too many permissions so I didn't re-install it when I migrated phones.
