Can be confusing to use at times. If there's ONE thing I'd change, it would be to allow multiple accounts or account switching so I can manage my own loans as well as that of my kids. As it is I have to use a feature not all phones have that allows a second installation of the app. That covers one of my kids at least.

Good app. Helps me with book holds and renewals. Showing upcoming events and library locations.

It's okay. But it can be kind of complicated to use where certain features seem to be so deeply hidden that you feel like you're going through a maze to find them. Also, I preferred the red logo, which conveyed a lot of energy compared to the new boring dark blue one.

What's better than visiting the public library in person? This app is...almost! If you're in a hurry, it's super simple to locate any type of media you're interested in, place it all on hold, swing by and pick it up. They even have a freakin' drive thru window! Get you outta here! The public library has got it goin' on! Love it!

I love the Cincinnati Library aop. The choices are endless and I read so much more than I used to. The only thing I would add to an otherwise perfect app is to have the size of the text and have a dark mode.

Easy app to use. Really like the 'Save for Later' option and being able to see what I've saved for future reads. Appreciate the simplicity of the app overall.

This app was developed by programmers to be used by librarians. Instead of developing the app for children to create a fun way to find and order books and movies they fill each screen with useless data and force-users to scroll down and down and down to try to find filters to limit search results...

Wow. Not user friendly. Cant find more than 37 dvds? Really? Whole library 37? Seems no fixers are happening no easier as time goes by. What is hold up? Come on its really annoying
