Bipolar type 1 and this app helps me understand current trends in my mood and track my medication compliance (which is always difficult during hypomania and mania). It's such a help but there are a few things that could be improved. A darker scheme would be not just for night but more discreet in public situations. entering mood and meds for a precious date is confusing at first, might be easier to tap the date instead and open option to change and record. still Great though thank you so much!!

This app is absolutely fantastic and so easy to use!. It is very helpful for people with this condition who struggle to keep track of what's going on with their moods, emotions etc, It also helps you to get into a routine of journaling daily which I know is so important too use for your psychiatrist or a medical professional. You can extract the data onto a computer to use as evidence, which could massively help getting a diagnosis or even just extra support. I would highly recommend!

An amazing app, so helpful yet simple!! It has made such a difference in my healthcare treatment. The only reason this review isn't 5* is because you can't delete old medications from the list (despite there being an option to do so), or reorder your medication list. Otherwise, I can't fault this app!! Helpful descriptions and key words to describe how you feel, and graphs that visualise your emotions as well as indicators on the variability of your mood and sleep length - definitely recommend!

I wish you had a choice of which dated you could export instead of exporting all your history. This causes not everything to be fully exported. Usually the feelings and medication fields are left blank in the cvs file. other than that I really like the app and how it gives you descriptors for the mood scores. I like the graphs it gives you to see the ups and downs.

Very useful tool. As a suggestion to improve it even more, it would be GREAT to be able to record mixed episodes. That is, being able to select 2 numbers for your mood. E.g I could be 3 - Mild depression, but also 7 - Mild hypomania in one day. I know I can write notes in the box for the day but being able to see it on the chart would be great.

The mood recording is good full stop the reason for the 1 star review is because cos its not possible to use speech to text & I don't understand why. It's also difficult for someone registered blind to do the setting mode and picking out emotions because the screen reader I use doesn't read everything on the screen is there anything you can do to rectify this problem? Thank you

This has been an utterly brilliant tool - love the visual graph and the simplicity of the way the log is designed so it's quick and easy to do. Only suggestion is to add a way of logging a mixed episode, for people who experience a simultaneous 7 and 3 so have to then make a decision on which end to log it. This may be a difficult thing to do but clearly Andrew is a smart guy! Much respect and gratitude for your work in the world. You are making a huge difference xx

Only in the early days of using the app but already I'm finding it so much easier to do, and maintain doing, than rating mood independently. Easy and quick way to mood and sleep track. The option of choosing words from a list (you can add your own too) to describe your feelings and adding your own comment for the day are great for looking back on to help explain mood changes. A feature to add in daily activity levels would be great to see the impact this has on mood. Great app though 😊
