I like the fact that when you scan a QR code, it auto inputs the secret key also (which we can see when we go to "Edit"). Still new and with stuffs on the roadmap, I'm more confident in Bitwarden team than any others. I'd like icons to be adapted for each 2fa so that it's easier to spot in the list. Moving away from Authy once and for all. Edit: for some reason, sometimes some code doesn't work and after trying & failing to login, halfway into the timer, it would refresh/change

This app is terrible. 1. It doesn't lock automatically (Android 15 on a Pixel 6 Pro) when it is left running in the background. You have to force close the app to require biometrics when it is next opened. 2. If you search for a particular site code, the results don't show a code and only give the option to copy the code, which is completely useless if you are logging into a site on a different device. 3. You cannot organise the site codes. It is a failure on every level IMHO.

I've been using this for a month and I've had zero issues. 2024.6.2. I've added 2FA to multiple sites, imported some from Bitwarden, and exported/imported to another phone. Piece of cake. This makes a perfectly fine replacement for Authy, which I've been looking to get rid of for some time. They've had breaches, are proprietary, and don't allow export. One needed feature: the app needs to auto lock after some selectable time, like Bitwarden. It should not sit open in Recents indefinitely.

Looks good for a new product, but missing essential features. Primarily a backup feature. Also would like to see the ability to import from other Authenticator apps. Lastly would be nice to see the app lock on minimize. EDIT: Would also like to see encrypted local backups, this way data can be backed up with the android system backup as well as local backups for restoration without wiping the device.

Tried importing from Aegis.json, and since May 2024, this hasn't been fixed. The import database feature doesn't work. Users don't want a half working product because what else doesn't work? Most will not want to take files apart. It's a useless suggestion as a workaround. I'm disappointed as I pay for Bitwarden and wanted to use the Authenticator, but don't have time to re-register everything. I'm now uninstalling until you can fix the program. I can't trust it until then.

It's brand new and still in testing, which becomes apparent very quickly. No way to reorder or even group items. The plus symbol in the bottom right corner obscures the 8th code, so you better have more items, to be able to scroll a bit, or you won't get to see the 8th item's number. No import, only export. But it's not done and I'm not using it exclusively (yet). The roadmap looks promising. Here's 4 stars to a good start and I look forward to updating to 5 once they're deserved.

I don't understand why this needed to be released without it being ready. Recent update just allowed importing from other authenticators, which is great, but it's still missing so many important features. You can't reorder any of your entries. You can't add any logos like you can in aegis. You can't change the formatting of any of the items. For example, you're unable to make the numbers any bigger for readability purposes. They should have been cooked much longer before it was released.

Seems to work fine but won't allow me to import from Aegis. I have an issue open for this on their GitHub since 30 days ago with no activities. Hope they get this sorted soon. Also, tapping to copy the TOTP copies it as a password, not allowing it to be pasted elsewhere. Only workaround I've found is tapping the TOTP, then sharing, which displays the TOTP as clear text which can then be copied/pasted elsewhere.
