Very helpful for looking up when campus dining places are open and what the Hot Spot/DüB menus are for the day! It's also handy for looking up what the NAU bus stops are and what order they go in. If I had one criticism of NAUgo, it would be that the JacksCard feature doesn't load properly the first time I try to log in.

broken and frustrating, sees like this app was made to do everything you can on the chrome browser but worse. this app only gives me unwanted spam, and sometimes my student card maybe 50% of the time that works. all pages in this "app" like you to a chrome page, and it even does that poorly. when it breaks it brings you to info pages that don't exist. I'd literally pay not to use this app, I just want a physical card but apparently I need approval for that lmao.

The app has its fair share of issues that make it annoying to use, but usually isn't unusable. However, there are some occasions where it has become completely impossible to use. One time, the app simply wasn't functional for a few days because an update broke it. Today, I ran into a new issue where the moment I'm prompted to log into my account (which is constantly), the app flickers between the app and two different login pages. These issues are nonexistent for Apple users for some reason

I'm having very bad issues with this app. I meet all the criteria for the app to function correctly, yet I'm not able to tap on a lot of items without the app crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, along with my phone, but it doesn't seem to work at all.

This app sucks. It reloads 500 times when opening it, but nothing ever changes. The menu never updates, and the app is super slow. I'm not sure why they can't just give us a physical card. This app is a waste of space and is not useful at all.

NAUgo has been such a helpful tool during my time at University. It's an easy shortcut to get to university pages, I can easily clock in and out of work, and I can see what's going on around the University. Also super handy to have for the campus shuttle too. I'll be graduating this year so I'll be saying bye to the app soon, but it was still really handy during my time at University.

Install and uninstall several times almost daily. There aren't any updates. the playstore does not show it. Won't show your data for courses. Incorrect information has been shown since the first week of class began.

love the app, I have been using it for three years now and have not had any issues.
