RailPASS is a BNSF Railway mobile application designed to create an efficient and expedited gate experience for truck drivers who need to drop off, pick up or locate a shipment at a BNSF Intermodal Facility. From RailPASS, you can:
• Input shipment details directly through the RailPASS app to avoid having to manually enter information at the intermodal facility kiosk. This feature will reduce time spent at the kiosk by eliminating screen requests and touches – cutting current entrance gate times by more than half.
• Have up-to-date status information on shipments assigned to you once it is in your personalized My Units screen.
• Update Parking: You will have the ability to update your assigned parking location directly through the RailPASS app eliminating the need to call your dispatcher or flag down a yard checker when there is an existing shipment in a designated spot.

There is an issue right now with this app. Before this issue it used to work just fine but now evertime I want to check if a container is ready, a red bar pops up on top saying "unauthorized access". FIX THIS PLEASE

Only problem i see with it is when u try to request a lift on in lot s it sometimes cannot find gps location. When your all set up with chassi and headed towards lot s and you realize that you cannot get a location on your container it affects our time here at Lpc. We have to go all the way back to drivers assistance office to get a location and hope on way to lot s we dont get blocked by a train.

This app is okay. We need a way to save the trlr we are looking up so that we don't have to type the number again. Sometimes you have to swipe the qr code several times to get the kiosk to read it. I think the more you try to funnel us into using our phones for rail pass creates more distractions.

I wish all railways had such a great tool; however, the app needs a little technical-tlc. Sometimes, it changes options for the driver to update container parking space and often tells the driver to park in an already occupied space. When the driver discovers that the pre-assigned space is already full the app doesn't always allow the driver to update the container's actual location. Other than this glitch or debugging issue, its better and easier to ingate/outgate at BNSF than any other I think

The app has potential, but when you are using 15-20 year old computer systems at the gates, incompatibility issues cause major delays, malfunctions, and complete system crashes. Whoever at BNSF thought it would be a great idea to build an app that is almost mandatory for every aspect of our vists, while still using technology from 2008 to pair it with, needs to be fired!

The app was working perfectly fine, then you had to add an update which my phone was forced to do and it won't update it just keeps buffering has been buffering for a week.. you tech guys always got to cluck with something that's working perfectly fine, and then wreck it

This app is a joke. Vary difficult to use. When it actually works. And you can't get any help to try and figure out what the problem is. We are trucker's. Not computer science majors. And they say there's a shortage of trucker's. I wonder why. I've been all day trying to get a appointment for pickup on my container. With no success. And no help. I'm going to look for something else to haul. This is just not worth the hassle.

I give 0 stars,it may be the system here at the rail in Stockton, takes more time, kiosks won't scan,if you try to enter the code,it comes up invalid, and you end up having to goto the driver assist building, which is no longer manned by a live person.so app sux.
