The speed of the app was good. There wasn't much lag going while going from one option to another. One of the functions that I can think of that needs improvement is when trying to request a micro link bus for the night line service, the schedule doesn't immediately show for that option. It just gives me the regular daytime options whenever I'm searching for the night line schedule. Another improvement would be if the payment option would allow me to select, "bus pass." Other than that it's cool

Truly horrible! I see no one else talking about this, but every time I ask for a go link ride, it doesn't give me any notifications or saying if it's getting an Uber. I would order it one hour before like it asks to, and by the time I need to have the ride, nothing. It'll be 5 minutes pass the time and say it got canceled and couldn't find anything at all. I would have to try so many times for it to finally start working , so anywhere beware! It won't always be good

I need this app to be a lot simpler. There should be categories at the top, like Bus, Light Rail, Streetcar, Communter Rain, etc. to choose from to see all the different routes and eliminate other options. And when you plan your trip the top search bar needs to be Start or Origin, and the bottom search bar needs to be Destination

Can't schedule ParaTransit, can't pay Paratransit, can't schedule GoLink with ParaTransit ID (Must buy ticket or schedule via phone call). Can't schedule a short ride that I CAN'T WALK. I Frequently get "ERROR" message no connect given. Samsung Galaxy S2X 5G *** Update : today as shortcut to time I attempted to use a senior pm pass as I have in past and app refused to schedule Go-Link forcing me to call for ride. APP FREEZES. They now sell senior one way golink but you can't schedule a ride.

Sometimes it takes a wee bit TOO long for the system to turn on to let Me buy my ticket(s) and/or sometimes it takes a wee bit TOO long for my payment to go through, so that's how it is-- some days are good, some days are Not so good. :-) Thanks for letting me express myself here.

I spent 98 dollars in August so this month should have been free since you do the fare capping. It said it would pop up in my account but it never did and ending paying for more passes! I called customer service and they keep giving me different numbers because none can help me with my issue.

It won't let me schedule my go link in time to get to work. You can schedule it an hour ahead but it steadily pushes your time back. They really need to fix this Worse service ever. Bus driver's don't Honor passes on the go app they will make you buy another one or kick you off the bus even if you have a active and valid ticket on the go pass. Run from this app

Very good app, the in app purchases are safe and reliable and accurate... Everytime I use it it is correct and I've never ran into a glitch... Perfect for sometime who doesn't it can't go to the actual station to buy a pass... I am pleased and satisfied with my go pass... The only bad part is if your Internet is down on your cell phone then your go pass doesn't work but that's how it goes with almost every app...
