It is extremely slow. There is a significant lag on every click. Whether that be opening product details, filtering lists, or adding to cart, every action in the app is slow. It's also super frustrating that the carts across platforms (PC, phone browser, or this app) don't carry over. Simple cache or cookie function.

UI has improved. PayPal interface tends to fail which is frustrating (did I get charged? feelings). Still easier to order on the website...trouble is it's more difficult to get to my computer then my phone. As such they have lost sales to my Amazon app for a quick buy. If I wasn't such a lex luthor (Jeff bezos) hater, Amazon would be loads easier where I can order in seconds.

This app is very annoying. I have changed my password 3 times and every time I try to log into the app it says my password is incorrect and now I have go wait 15 minutes to try to login again. Gross. It allows me to use the same passwords on the website though. Anywhoos I'm ordering through Amazon and just wanted to view my order history. Best of luck with your garbage app.

Serious Problems with this new app. The website has more brands and more products even with the brands listed on the app. I called the company and the person I talked to didn't understand what I was experiencing. I have used the old app for years and never had any problems. This app is no longer convenient for use, the website is still full service. Even the workouts are now listed under a separate app.

Download for unending spam I did everything I could think of to get this app to stop giving me obnoxious pop up ads in my notification bar but it didn't work. I would get 3 or4 a day something. Seriously guys when I want protein I'll let you know. My relationship with a vendor is don't call me I'll call you. UNINSTALL. Also, I used to have this app when it was all in one and it was better. Shopping and research in one with ads confined to the homepage where they should stay.

The app is very slow to process anything or even when opening the app it takes a very long time to properly load everything. Same issue with the website as well. I hope they makes the necessary changes to the backend to make sure the app is up and running smoothly like before. I still think it is a good app and easy to work around.

Terrible app. Mixes up my home country when I'm selecting products. Often times products I've selected and then deleted still show up in my cart. For what was a simple and easy app before is now confusing and can be difficult. I wish they could go back to the old version of the app that worked just fine.

App used to be good. The new version is horrible. Super laggy and slow, user interface is low-res, unintuitive design, etc. How could they mess up so badly? It's so bad that I no longer wish to buy from them after 10+ years of being a loyal customer.
