The wifi speeds are barely worth it. It's decent for streaming steam on your phone and watching stuff. But trying to play games is ridiculous. If you're on computer if you have anything else open besides said game. It damn near crashes and makes the game unplayable. 200mbs isn't enough to compete with other wifis I would rather use than boingo. I have ever only used this service if I absolutely have to.

Absolutely horrible. Cant game, cant watch netflix or any streaming service. Can barely connect to the wifi for a day straight. If i do manage to game it turns to a slide show and im constantly disconnected. Im not the only one. Several of us in the barracks are trying to switch over to different providers. Save your money and your frustration. They need to get better servers or something because this is the worst internet provider i have experienced. I also have their highest network available.

Outdated. Unreliable. Honestly, Boingo lost me because they couldn't make the mediocre WiFi reliable. It would drop out and reconnect promptly causing a plethora of issues. The app looks like it was made in 2012 which is not inherently bad, but it doesn't feel like it has improved either. No tracking outages, no speed tests, no VPN services... It just falls behind.

1. I downloaded the app. The app doesn't work. 2. The inconsistency on the internet. Sometimes works amazing other times what is amazing is the lag on my game. The "blazing internet" suppose to be fast. Not "sometimes fast". Almost $100 for "sometimes fast internet" is not fair. I'm really considering taking my business somewhere else if it keeps going like that.

Awful, Slow, and Inconsistent. Wifi keeps saying "Connected without Internet" and in Camp Pendelton, cell service already sucks and calls get dropped. WiFi is the only way you could get reliable phone calls and such. With it not working, I'm lucky if I can send a text. And it's so slow that most of the time, my phone can't decide if it's even working or not. This needs to be fixed.

So I tried using this for a month while PCSing and I want my money back.. Over priced you pay the same price you would for some thing like xfinty but can only connect up to 3 devices on it unless you want to pay more. To add insult to injury I payed for the top speed and couldn't even watch Netflix with it in the barracks I had better internet just using my phone as a hot spot. I'd go back to dial up before using this again.

Soldiers... get a local provider for wifi. *Boingo is a NO GO* boingo sucks for more reasons than I can list. They restrict the amount of devices you can use (3) unless you pay more. The wifi is slower than what you are paying for because the modems are cheap and far away from your room. Good luck accessing your account because it refuses to log you in and there is no customer service prolly because no one wants to work there.

Internet is always down or slow and they take forever to fix it. my buddy and are share his account and it says we're hood when I can't even get on my game. Boingo wifi is the worse. they need to figure out how to do better quality instead of wasting everyone's time.
