Great ear buds (pi8). App is very buggy and often does not connect or find buds. Eq settings and true sound settings do not save and resets on reconnect. Please allow more touch customization for the pi8. The app needs more refinement and ability to add more music services. Good start tho just not ready for the big league. *Update* App now works very well! No more connection issues or app not finding the earbuds. Works very well now! Now if you guys can just let us fully customize the touch pads

App fails often. Filled with ads and almost hides the product you are trying to manage with the app. I will NEVER BUY A BOWERS WILKINS product again because of its app and constant connectivity issues. I have spoken with support people twice, and I feel sorry for them trying to support products that don't work easily.

Meh... it lacks in so many options. Especially for the price that you are paying for these devices. The app doesn't automatically reconnect to the Bluetooth devices. You have to actually go into the app and select the device to connect. But the devices connect to the phone..?? 🤔. And it doesn't have an automatic adjustment to your ear profile for best sound for the individual like other companies. the devices from Bower and Wilkins are expensive. have innovative options.

Is this really what you think premium is? Firstly, they didn't fix the problems of the last app losing connections to the headphones and being unable to reconnect even though the headphones are connected via Bluetooth and working fine for audio. The one thing this app needs to do it fails at. On top of that they decide ads are ok for the home screen. Really makes an otherwise premium product feels cheap.

Got kicked over here from the old PX7 headphone app since apparently it's been sunset in favor of a data mining operation masquerading as a companion app. Closed this garbage as soon as it asked me to create an account, really getting tired of premium brands resorting to this kind of stuff. There's no good reason to require an account to manage a hardware purchase that previously didn't require one. Period.

Just got the Pi5 for travel. I understand the need for an account (unnecessary, but I get it, info is more valuable than product) but the need for location to be on is beyond annoying. The only thing my phone should need to give ear buds is a Bluetooth signal. Nothing more, nothing less. All this data collection in the name of connectivity needs to stop. Uninstalled and returning the buds.

Really disappointed because the UI is beautiful, but functionality was never accounted for when building the software. If you're on Android, they've unfortunately done NOTHING to fix the bug where your headset randomly stops playing music and mutes the audio. This sucks because if it worked as intended, this would be one of the best headphone apps on the play store. They know these issues have been reported many times and yet have done not a single thing to remedy them unlike Sony.

I can't set the passthrough amount independently between sound cancelling on and off? If I'm sound cancelling, I want no passthrough. If I'm not, I want some passthrough. What sense does it make to have passthrough be a singular slider for both modes? Edit: Now there seems to be some kind of weird bass boosting bug with the sound cancelling?
