Unfortunately this app on my android phone (this is happening on both phones) since the beginning of the season really lags. I click on a headline and it's a blank page, go back then into it again and still nothing. Swipe down to refresh and nothing. I have to swipe app away and hope after 5 swipes I am able to read the article. Can this be rectified?

Since updating I cannot get any notifications. I've checked both the app and my phone notifications and all on but still not updates! 25/09/24 - Again I cannot get any notifications. Turned on in app and on phone settings. Tried reinstalling and nothing works. There must be yet another bug in the system, please sort this out!!!

Same issue as other recent reviews have mentioned - the majority of news articles now just open onto a blank screen, so you can't read them. Very annoying and has been this way for a while now. 23rd September: the issues were fixed for a while, but then there was an app update and now the problems are back again. Can't read any articles as they don't load - just shows a blank screen

This was by far the best, but since I downloaded on my new phone, I am not getting any notifications about scores etc for when my team plays or their score etc, though I have selected 'all' in the notification section and have made sure sky sports scores have permission & on everything, yet I have to actually open the app up to find scores. When I use to have to tone it down because of all the notifications, but nice to see score at a glance when working.

Notifications stopped working at the end of last season if I recall. No fix in place still. I've tried all the advice I've seen - reinstalled, cleared the cache, made sure it's not an app put to sleep due to not being used, turned off notifications and turned back on again etc. So annoying, it used to be my favourite app...

Used to be my go to app for scores, but no longer is due to bugs and glitches. This all started at the beginning of the season with news articles not loading. Despite uninstalling and updating, this glitch continues. What with this and our glitchy sky glass the tech heads need to look at these issues.

For the past few years, notifications have not worked at start of season. Normally a quick reinstall fixes this. This season I have reinstalled twice and repeatedly played with both app permissions and in app notification settings, but nothing is working. So frustrating!

The news section constantly will not allow me to open articles. Tried deleting & reinstalling. It's useless. Also, the number of ads in the video section is way over the top. Bad enough the amount of breaks Sky has at HT in a PL game on telly. Now it's all over the app, too.
