This app is useless if you're trying to make friends. As you swipe, you can view the other persons picture and bio, but once you swipe left or right on them, that person is gone with no way to actually connect with them without paying. The only way around it is to message that person right away before swiping, or I noticed a lot of people put their IG or Snap in their bio. If not, it's a hefty pay wall.

Too much is hidden behind unspoken paywalls. If they would tell you up front that you only have three compliments per day that knowledge would help you be more selective about who you're liking rather than just trying to keep your options open. The layout of the app itself is fine and straightforward, which I appreciate. I like the ability to leave Compliments which allows you to essentially message the person first. Past-Dated meetups should automatically expire or have a delete option.

This app has a lot of procedures in place to protect people. My favorite feature is the group chat / plans where you can get together with like a whole group of people and have coffee or go on a walk or play games or whatever you want. I was initially annoyed at the only matching with people of the same gender, but after running into someone who falsely switches their gender marker so that he can match with women I understand. It's upsetting that I have to have premium just to make friends. Like I kinda get the limit on swipes but I don't understand why you should have to pay for premium to talk to the people who swiped right on you. They want to talk to you but can't if you don't have premium, unless you have some free compliments to leave or you found them in one of the plans. I got a notification that someone 'liked me' and can't see who the person is or talk to them because I don't have the premium.

This app clearly doesn't have the tech power compared to the dating version. I was using regular bumble for bff until I got asked to join a group, and then it made me download this app. Now, 80% of the time the app doesn't load or takes a good 5-10 minutes to load. This would never happen on the dating version. Give this app some horse power so we can actually use it.

Edited for clarity: App is pointless unless you want to pay $20. You can swipe through profiles, but once you swipe on a profile, it is locked behind the paywall. There is no way to communicate as far as I can tell once you swipe on a profile without paying an insane fee. The free filters are a joke; the only thing you can do is age and location.

The "Friends"option is useless. You can only meet the same gender. (EDIT) Extremely expensive $60+ a month for a premium, someone must have gotten hit over the head while making that decision. Sure, you can find a connection, but the investment is not worth the return, not even close. Talking to females is the easy part, but 80% of the time, it's a waste of time n energy. Basically, it's just free entertainment that only leads to an ego boost for them Its just not worth my time, sayanara👋

I have made a few friends on this app. It rarely shows people to swipe on. I have to adjust my filter. When i open the app it glitches. This glitch could be very dangerous for people with seizures.
