Dear BWF, the previous version has much better UX than the upgraded one. Firstly, the "All Matches" only loads up to a number of games. We can't view all matches at one go. Secondly, it's not intuitive to go to Overview > Main Draw, before I can see the bracket. The previous version was so much easier to use and works better. Now I have to rely on your website instead.

It's not bad, since there's not much badminton app out there. The interface and design is pretty. Quite detailed information of players and matches. Problems are favourites. 1. Should be allowed to follow more than 5 players. what's wrong with that? 2. Should be allowed to follow by countries. So that I can receive notifications everything my country is playing, no matter who.

Dear BWF, just a suggestion regarding the display of score number in the apps. The font color of winner points (21) are in red, while the loser points are in white, both with black background. It makes the loser points stand out more, so I find it's a bit confusing to read which one is the winner. In addition, the font of winner players are in white, in opposite with the font color of the score. Also I think overall the user experience is more confusing than the old version. Thanks!

Wanted to follow some swiss badminton players during the Swiss Open. Switzerland was the only country that I wasn't able to filter the players by. (After applying the filter, the screen just turns red and then nothing more) I tried several random countries. Only Switzerland shows this issue. So, for me personally, this app is quite useless. After uncovering this bug, I didnt explore more features. It could be great, but I don't know.

4.5* from me. Absolutely love this app. Very easy to navigate. The best part for me is that live match score is updated near real time. This enables me to get live updates when I am unable to watch the match. Only one problem I am facing is that the videos don't load. Everytime it says " An error occurred when initializing YouTube player.". If this is sorted would have given the app a 5*

Live scores are delayed, no links to live footage or anything like that, notifications are delayed and flawed. Draws are difficult to navigate and don't explain how they work (like the junior team event which uses a different draw system). Team and player rankings on the "winner sections" are weird and disorganized; often times there are duplicates and are not formated well. And of course, for some reason it logs me out and doesn't give me the option to log back. Pathetic honestly.

Please organize and update the players for the tournament regularly. The website is better than this.

I love the app. The content is well organized with all different categories. You can see all the news, check out your fav. Players, see all the latest video, etc. The loading and responding speed is fast, no lagging, no stalling out while watching. I watched all videos in 40m with out any problem. Deserve 5 stars for good ap0
