Notes are not usable!I like the idea of this app, but the execution made it worthless. I took notes in the app. There's a button to "export slides and notes" by email. I got the email and a link to my "slides and notes" but there was nothing there. There were not slides for any presentation, and the notes that I took simply don't get linked. To make it even worse, this app blocks me from making any text selections in my notes in order to copy-paste them. Instead, I get to retype everything!

The schedule is very hard to navigate. The times and descriptions are on different screens. It is very laborious to choose sessions. Also, there is no printable schedule.

Stable, worked well and reliably at our conference. Two suggestions: 1. If something is saved on "My Events," default to opening that event automatically rather than making the user choose their event each time the app is opened. 2. Within a schedule, the app should default to the current day rather than defaulting to the first day of the event. These two shortcuts would make it easier for users to open the app and find what's happening at the moment. Thanks!

This was my first time using the app for a conference (AHS 61st Annual Scientific Meeting) and I was really pleased with it. I loved being able to have everything in one place, being able to choose my sessions, and the meeting reminders/messages were great! I did struggle a bit at first, but quickly figured things out. It was so much easier than referring to a paper schedule. When a session was changed/cancelled, being notified so you didn't waste time was fantastic. A great app overall.

Video quality through the app was terrible two days in a row (green and static-y). But, easy to navigate and could use for setting up Q and A, scavenger hunt, picking talks, etc. I did end up having to use the desktop/laptop link to watch all videos with visual content. Definite downside for conferences that include visual content like slides or whiteboard use. For just audio, works like charms. Could take a walk for those and use it like a podcast.

Messages from conference organizers were slow to arrive thru the app...a couple of times too late. The app did not work with my laptop. The wifi at the convention center and my laptop could both be part of the problem. There was no back button or way to exit out of the evaluations and get back to the home page. I could not email handouts from the app to myself.

Worked fine on my phone, however, downloading the CEUs afterwards was glitchy and required tech help. I also cannot get the presentation slides to download. I reached out for tech support but so far I have not gotten any help. I have tried to get the app to load on my computer to see if that would work, but it won't give me that as an option.

The app had a couple of glitches and another drawback. It didn't load presentations or slides consistently across users and the on-site staff were not able to get fix this. It was a pain to have to select the conference each time it was opened and there did not seem to be a way to get the conference to stay open on the app.
