i just did biometric on your app . it did not work . can you pls solve the problem . it's not good . CAG want worker to use the app for certain things . That is bad . and it does not keep it Log in . I never had a problem before.

Downloaded and installed app. During first sign up, after scanning airport pass and clicking 'Next', a pop-up window came out 'Airport pass number already in use'... what the heck !?? The page wouldn't refresh to go to the next step... Pls fix this bug

good app for those working at apron site, but why before any selection the starred and offline already pre selected on the info like map and such? It's better that we can select before the option else leave it unselected.

Hi, I'm using OPPO, when trying to sign up, there's no capture on my airport pass when asked to scan the pass. And there's no other options to sign up?

App is very good but support is horrible. I'm waiting 24hrs with no response after sent email for support. My app has been down for 30hrs and I need it to facilitate my work. No phone number to call also. Pls look into this

Quite good but don't have the aircraft model example A380, B777, A330 which is important for aircraft handlers.

Horrible. I've been using ichangi for so long, out of sudden cannot update due to device not compatible and also cannot back to the existing...WTH

Wish it can have option to search by gate, so key in for example "A11" then the flights using/used will come out
