You might be tempted by some lower prices sometimes. But the service is horrible. I encountered the same experience twice, while having multiple destinations, the driver would start to drive and then when you get in a street you don't know at 2am they would say, I don't have time for the last destination so cancel the destination or the ride, or they would leave you on the side of the road. The customer service just offers a couple of euros of compensation, while saying you got where you wanted.

Please fix the GPS - the picking up location to be accurate because the location we choose to be picked up as clients are not the exact same as the drivers see it and it has caused confusion. You need to be allowing the driver to see exactly where we are, in the same way we see the car location when coming, so they can be coming to pick us up from the exact location wherever we are. It will be much easier, better and convenient for all.

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: became even worse, gives pick up address in a random location opposite side of the city.

The experience was less than satisfactory. The initial driver cancelled the ride upon arrival at the destination, resulting in an extended wait for a second driver. Subsequently, I attempted another ride for the second time, but the pickup location was incorrect, which I did not set up, necessitating the cancellation of the ride and incurring a £4 charge.

Good service, but customers need a PIN to share with the driver to ensure the start of the trip is synchronised by both parties. I have had several situations where the driver starts billing me for a trip even before we begin. Another where I never even got in the ride, used another service, and yet the rider was able to start the trip, and a bill was generated for me!

Terrible for so many reasons. The drop off point is always 1 km or more away in Thailand. It doesn't understand the addresses. Half of the drivers refuse to pick me up. They won't cancel so they can get a free cancel fee. Then I reorder and I get blocked. I am traveling on a sim card I can't get text messages. Then drivers ask to cancel ride and get paid cash. Not safe at all.

The driver left me on a street without reaching the destination. The destination was 10 minutes away from when I got left off and I had to pay the full price. It was very rude of the driver and he didn't even charge me less for not reaching the destination. Please fix this issue. I feel very unsafe if it goes on. I had to get another ride and also paid for it. It was great before but that ride just made me rethink again.

The app iss comfortable charging customers for cancelations but not to drivers. Had numerous situations where driver would cancel ride in the last moment leaving waiting for almost an hour on one occasion. Support is also AI driven so not useful at all and you can contact them related to rides that have occurred but not scheduled ones. All in all very poor service but lesser than two evils.
