This app is really bad. It 75% of the time offline and highly frustrating to me. I have a different camera which I use at a different location and it works much better and the camera was half the price of this one.

Doesn't record long enuff only 15 seconds, and is slow to pick up anything, usually catches car after it passes

I think it's near excellent. I wish there was a 4 and a half star rating. It sucks because it looks like they've discontinued my camera and I would like more of this exact model. Best camera I've ever had. The app does freeze from time to time however I think that's more because of signal issues than anything else. Move your router closer or install wifi extenders. Slow cell data can affect this as well. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Almost no issues here.

This app needs some work. There's no selectively delete or delete all buttons so you have to delete all photos one by one. Many times I have over 100 photos so it's very time consuming to delete them. The buttons in the app are tiny and could really use some enlargement. Is the app intuitive? No. On the plus side it's definitely more stable than earlier versions. The push feature for notifications no longer works. If someone were to break in I won't be notified. Please fix this.

The app is decent but has many bugs and faults. No local control option for the camera. No home assistant support, all time recording not recording all the time, no zoom stabilization, one button keeps saying zoom calibiration in progress when it's not. Centering on the static camera not ventering accurate to the required spot. Hope for a good firmeware and app update to fix these.

Worst app I've ever seen...after a software update the app refused to log me in...received a system update that the reason I cannot login is because my cam is bound with another user...which happens to be me with same account I registered into app with...just because I updated the software through the notification they sent to me...now I cannot access my camera ..did reset and no way... I tried to reach the niview service team, but there is no way to connect to them...that's why I came here .

App is not good Camera will continue to send motion all day but you can snooze this from notification but frustrating No feature to record motion for only certain time of day If ptz is on guard facing south and top camera facing north,and in sleep mode only the ptz will wake to record, the top camera will not wake if you walk past it Cannot guard more than 1 position or to get the camera to automatically rotate to different views

The app is simple to use but limited functionality. The wide-angle camera detection packs up a lot of areas, causing false detection. There is no way to mask off area's I don't want detection activated or selecting areas I do want to monitor. Adjustment of the camera angle is insufficient for my situation. Adjusting detection level is of no use. Every person or car passing triggers an alert, making the camera useless for detection. Please add this functionality to the app ASAP.
