När du loggat in kommer du få två val. Antingen kan du prata med en specifik mottagning eller Capio Go. Capio Go har öppet året runt, 7-22 även kvällar och helger.
Du får medicinsk bedömning, råd och de recept du behöver. Du kan välja att chatta med oss direkt eller skicka in ditt ärende och sedan återkomma för att fortsätta kontakten när det passar dig.
Om du behöver provtagning eller fysisk undersökning hjälper vi dig vidare.
Här är några exempel på vad vi ofta kan hjälpa dig eller ditt barn med digitalt:

- Kortare sjukintyg eller VAB-intyg
- Stöd av psykolog
- Influensabesvär
- Besvär vid mens
- Allergibesvär
- Insektsbett

- Du kan även starta alla dina kontakter med din valda vårdcentral digitalt via appen.
Att lista sig betyder att du väljer vilken vårdcentral som tar ansvar för dig och din familj när ni behöver vård. Varför inte ta en vårdgivare där du får både digital vård och tillgång till nästan 100 fysiska vårdcentraler runt om i landet? I appen får du hjälp att lista dig genom några enkla steg.

When you have a chat going on, with messages from Capio incoming every 10 mins, the app will have logged you out by the time you get next answer. The notifications though come via SMS rather than Android. It is a horrible threadmill of noise, BankID'ing and clicking around. Way overcomplicated for simple chat. A longer session or some lightweight solution (such as black screen and asking for pin in the app) would save me from constantly authenticating.

The app makes it difficult to select & translate text, and getting an appointment requires filling out a lengthy, draining questionnaire each time.

I cannot see the text I'm currently trying to write when in 'ärenden' and on my android phone, since the keyboard covers the field where I'm writing. Autocorrect can make it interesting. Seriously, it takes so much longer time when on the phone.

Worst app ever! Can't read message and can't write any messages, have checked all settings. It also crash all the time. It's actually as bad as Capio "health care" since their doctors don't care about their patients, just trying to suck every kronor of sick patients. You book a time, show up on schedule and get 5 minute with the doctor and then are told time is up because another patient is waiting and you have to book a new time even if you didn't get any help or advice, they are the worst!

Impossible to change user, even if im logging in with another account it automatically switches to other name. Useless app.

Very helpful, but it has gotten some performance problems. It's a lot slower now than before.
