when I first downloaded the app, I down loaded the wrong version. It was the old one. I got intouch with the support team and they emailed me back and sent me a link to the newest version. Customer service is good. They respond quickly. As far as the app goes, the only flaw is that when I put my CCP state information in and try to view the reciprocity of other states it dies not show.

More annoying than useful. Not that it's not useful, but it's primary focus is more of a mini blog & news app with an over overabundance of notifications that make you turn them ALL off. There's useful stuff in there if you're willing to dig for it, but you have to suffer through a seemingly constant barrage to be able to find the good nuggets. Then the emails start, with unsubscribes that just lead to 404 not found errors. None of this is conducive to an overall positive user experience.

Could be a good program but seems to be buggy. Especially when trying to enter a training log, which is why I really wanted this app. It won't update your total shots fired unless you close then reopen... Now it just won't let me look at my training logs or access the dash board. Maybe I'll try it again at some point. Using a Google 4xl but it just doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still didn't work.

Overall has been very good. Has some nice features to help keep track of firearms, training and other related info. Still has a few bugs though. Main one being cannot put in location in any of the training session have tried to save. Also have problems saving all the training scenarios picked in the check list fir types of training did that session. Those are the two main ones noted. Other than that, really like it.

If you're one of the users that this app works for, go buy a lottery ticket, you're a lucky person. The first time in the app was somewhat frustrating, owing to my unfamiliarity with this app. The second time, and each time thereafter, it immediately crashed. I deleted and reinstalled, a few times, and could not even open the app without it crashing. Other reviews indicate that this problem isn't unusual. 4.7 stars, I don't believe it.

Nice app for Conceal Carry. Information is organized well from left menu. One you fill out your information it's easy to access when needed in one app, like (My Firearms, My Contacts, My Permits, My Courses, My Certificates) Everything works fine for me exept My Courses. It's said loading courses, but nothing happens. I'm using Samsung Note 20 Ultra, waited 10 minutes, nothing. Maybe my phone is not compatible or something. Otherwise I find this app useful and informative.

I was trying to add a firearm for my training log and it kept giving me an error and not adding it. Then all my info got whipped and I got logged out. Now trying to log back into the app and it tells me failed log in or if I try and re-register it tells me that an account already exists. I've reset my password 3 times and it won't let me in.

Nearly useless. I enter my permits and click "Done" and it shows me a map of where my permits are honored. I leave the map page, and when I come back the map is all red. I have to enter my permits every time I open the map. I thought maybe I needed a paid version to save my permits, but I see no option for paid features. I don't know what this app is supposed to be good for.
