I have followed every damn instruction. I started over in case I missed something. And nothing works. It gets up to the very last step and "oh we're so sorry you can't connect." So I try all the troubleshooting tips even the ones that assume I'm to stupid to follow directions "did you do this." Oh heavens no just because it was part of the set up why would I do that. Just one effing time I'd like to buy an electronic device plug it in and glory be it works the first time. Not this time.

App never showed anything but the setup video. Was never able to get to the signal test phase of the setup because there was no play button to Initiate the test! Had to call and have the set it up. Very nice customer service rep and got me going in minutes.

No help at all on trying to help set up my Wi-Fi and disconnected me and told me to call US Cellular it's their problem not mine

Seriously the WORST customer service!! Downloaded the app for no reason didn't even work. Custom service person was rude and hard to understand and I had to repete myself several times... Highly disappointed.
