To use the myCellcom app, you must have a myCellcom account set up. Registering for a free myCellcom account can be done through the myCellcom app or the myCellcom website at http://my.cellcom.com.

If you are registering as an Account Owner, for the purpose of verifying your relationship with the account and for your own security, you will need to provide one of the following: your account password, the last four digits of your social security number, or your federal tax ID.

You can also choose to sign up as a Wireless User without providing an account password. Wireless Users only have access to information specific to their own line of service.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The usage information provided is solely an estimate and may not accurately reflect your current usage. It is based on data that has been received and processed by Cellcom at the time you view the information. There may be some delays in processing your usage information.

ALERT: The PCI Security Council has mandated a rule based on vulnerabilities associated with security protocols used by outdated operating systems. After June 30, 2018, the myCellcom App will no longer support outdated Android versions below 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) for security reasons. Android versions 4.0 - 4.4.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, and Kit Kat) will continue to be supported, but you will need an up-to-date version of Google Play Services installed in order for the app to function properly.

I have the endless spinning circle, unable to retrieve some voicemails. It seems to be hit and miss. Delete voicemails and they occasionally reappear in the list. Cellcom does not allow other apps for download that has voicemail in text format for Android phones that would be so much better then the endless circle

I've had to Uninstall and reinstall on a monthly basis does not work. I have to rely on this app for usage. I called the help number and was told it was no longer in service Took my phone to store and they fixed the problem.

Payment function seems to be broken using Note 20. Select make payment and it brings you back to the account summary. Also, when are you finally going to add Flex summary/history to the app so I don't need to the website to find this info? For the most part the app is good when it works as expected.

Not at all what I was expecting as it provides no information on my current data plan other than monthly cost. Estimated data used would be nice, and it doesn't allow me to actually pay on my account nor change my data package as promised.

I love that I can get all the information I need about my account right through the app, not needing to log into the MyCellcom account on line. I also love the local information you can get on the apps within the app. And all the convenience of all the news, sports and entertainment information.

Continuously closes when opening up billing. Love the concept, but haven't been able to pay through the app in a very long time.

App works better than the cell phone reception does. Cellcom, clearly NOT the best. So many dropped calls or no signal, even right in Green Bay. Ridiculous.
