This app is terrible, and they provide the same awful service even though it's not yet time to reload the data. The connection is always bad, making the app slow to open, and every time I try to use it, I have to enter the pin number even though I've never logged out. Whether it's updated or not, the app remains slow. Every time I reload, I have to reboot the phone because it takes forever to open the app.

After updates some updates, I need to turn off Developer Mode to use the app is stupid. I can't stand slow animated screens. Worst of all, I can't even login after that because apparently my number (017) is not a number that registered under celcom EVEN THOUGH I had transitioned after YEARS. Get your stupid app together and make it user friendly for once. Multi million dollar company but can't get the simplest user interface related stuff right. Now I can't even login to check anything. Be aware to the AUTO RENEW on any data plan u subscribed. I've encountered that my data plan expired and there's nowhere for me to turn off the AUTO RENEW after it expired. Even this lousy app also don't allow me to off the auto renew after my plan expired. They just straight away deduct my credit and renew my previous plan once I reload my prepaid. Bloody!!! (I was supposed to reload and buy another data plan, now I'm stuck with the old plan for another one month).

how stupid an app in 2024 can be? like this celcom app requires login every time we open it. what a hassle, make your app able to be login with biometrics or something if you want it to be secured or anything. Btw, I don't think its necessary require user to login every time. this is where we want to see the bill and pay it. not where we store money or anything like e-wallet. improve la wehhh. annoying.

I just bought a new sim and it doesn't even do the facial recognition properly despite multiple attempts of registering my face with the same details. Please fix your glitchy app otherwise you are just wasting people's time and money asking them to do the facial verification and yet repeatedly kept saying doesn't match despite being the same person from the selfie. It's really frustrating.

First of all, this stupid app crashes more than female drivers. And it load so slow it bypasses sloth movement speed... Okay, that's the app,now we talking about the telco. COMPLETELY WASTED MY MONEY by buying expensive plan and get a very slow internet in return. It used to be great back in the day...Cheap, fast and stable...now it suffer lattency, buffering and a terrible customer service who did nothing. Please, my phone only support celcom because my phone is region-locked. Fix it.

Each time I try to log into the app to pay my bills, I have to request an OTP. We’re using the app to make payments, not to withdraw funds. Why is an OTP required for every login attempt? This is inefficient and a waste of time. Your IT department seems extremely ineffective. If such a large company cannot handle such a straightforward task, perhaps it would be better for you to cease operations altogether.

Not sure if the end of Sept update removed the DevMode restriction or if it's just buggy, but for me since few weeks ago, the warning only appeared once in a while. Honestly, the restriction didn't affect me much bcs few days after they released that dumb update, I figured a way to bypass it without disabling DevMode 🙃. (No hacks needed btw) But this whole ordeal finally made me switch to another telco—a move I had postponed for over 2 years! So, thanks Celcom Life dev team for the push~👍
