Such a useless app I want to get the nearest branch and go lodge a complaint and this app has the branch locator option but keeps crushing whenever I click on that function Very useless

Starlife is a very bad institution to work with. I've had several bad experiences with them. They mess up you deductions. Their agents are not united. I encountered several agents who told me different stories. Finally when your policy matures and you want your money and wash your hands from them it becomes another problem. As for the app, its 0/10. I once logged in and my name changed to a different name. Starlife, never again.
