2 years after my first review, still one of worst apps. Using Air Fiber, and the diagnostic checks are just fake checks, which always show all green. Paying for 100mbps, but 95% time the speed you will get won't surpass 50. Engineer gets assigned for issue and cases are closed without being able to update on the case to confirm resolution.

Was a great app, but now it's almost unusable for me. I'm using the app on fairly high end devices. The entire app is full of ads that throttle the performance. It's almost unusable and bloated with too much functions. And on top of that irritating ads make it feel like a total mess. At least cut down on the ads that load up on app opening. Integrating all those functions into a all in one app is a wonderful idea when executed properly. I implore the jio team to take performance seriously.

I’ve been using the MyJio app for a long time without any issues, but after the latest update, the app simply won’t turn on. It keeps crashing on startup, and I’ve tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, and restarting my phone, but nothing works. This is really inconvenient, as I rely on the app for my Jio services. Please fix this issue as soon as possible!

The MyJio app is a complete disaster. It’s slow, crashes frequently, and never shows the correct data usage or billing information. Every time I try to recharge or check my plan details, it hangs or gives an error. Customer support is useless – they don't resolve any issues and just keep pushing you from one person to another. It’s frustrating that such a big company like Jio can’t even maintain a basic app. Highly disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone!

Have been using the app for last 2 years. But since past 2 months, when I try to switch off the wifi signal from the app, it shows that it is switched off but in reality it's not. If you open the app again and see, the signal is on. I can not manage the connection the way I want. Yesterday for whole day I am trying to edit password, change name or switch off the signal of wifi, it is not applying in reality.

Worst sim. From the past 2 m, the data is being consumed at an exponential speed. 1.5- to 2 gb data will be exhausted within half an hr to one hr. I have taken so much of add on datas that even they get exhausted soon. It's not just with me. All my friends are facing the same issue. I will be switching to other sim very soon. The countdown for downfall of jio has started.

The internet connection is extremely unreliable, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds. The network congestion is so bad that it's impossible to stream videos or play online games without constant buffering.The buffering issue is particularly frustrating.The constant buffering and network issues make it impossible to enjoy online content. I'm extremely disappointed with Jio's network and would not recommend it to anyone.

The app is just straight up unusable. The UI is absolutely bad and it takes forever to load everything after opening. Just get rid of the splash screen in the start, save the customers a few seconds. What I expected from an ISP service app was quick reactions to actions and lighting fast load times which this obviously does not do. I do not need your music and entertainment services inside this app if you already provide separate apps for those services, this is just absurdly stupid design.
