The options to purchase streaming subscriptions, including Sony LIV, makes this application useful. The UI seems cleaner now than what it used to be. I would suggest the developers to only include vital information and functions in home page and make it easier to navigate and explore other services.

It's a very nice app, nice MB offer, minute's offer bundle offer available, free to contact customer care but sometimes there is no good offer, you have to buy MB for a lot of money, which sometimes goes out of balance. The company should keep an eye on it. Everything else is pretty good.

Pretty average APP compare to other telecom operator, Design looks pretty awful! You guys need to improve the UI, Its not visually appealing or clean enough! Should work on UI & UX more particularly where necessary tools such as Balance, Data, Minutes, Offers should be in front Other's such as OTT, Ads should be on bottom or any other page! Most dangerous thing is, if you have already money (Taka) on your account but you don't recharge since 10 days, gp will totally stop your call service! You have to recharge minimum 20tk for every 10days continues call service. Also the call rate is Very expensive and data rate is very high! But sometimes it provide goods minutes pack.

Totally bogus app. Lagging time is more. Several times bought flexi plan from this app- inspite of that money was deducted from the main balance. More over, no way to contact with the authorities except going to a service center. Call centre? For the last 23 yrs I m using this number & not a single time I could reach them. There is an AI Robot with which u can just chat with few topics.Look at My Banglalink app! There is an option to put a complaint & they instantly response & take action.

The network coverage is very good. Although the is a bit high. But the main thing is we want an option with only calling. please give us a plan with unlimited calls, that would be very useful to us.

It's a fraud app, its internet packs does not explain during purchase if its extendable or not. In most cases its internal ai will make you familiar with a certain pack 2/3 month and suddenly it vanishes and you have lot of mb left over.

I have repeatedly suggested adding a "Dark Theme" to the My GP app to reduce the brightness, but it seems the feedback has not been acknowledged. I’ve raised this request five times now, hoping it could improve the user experience. But there's no chance..
