This is the best symptom tracker I've tried - the developer really thought of everything! I also love the colors, the ability to personalize them, and that you can see trends for each item without going to an analysis tab. I've been using it daily for several months and will continue to indefinitely. Thanks for a great app!

Great app as far as having such a thorough well-thought-out set of features; however, it is so many features that it is near IMPOSSIBLE for anyone like me who has chronic severe brain fog, forgetfulness, confusion, etc., as one of their major health complaints. Interface itself is NOT conducive to a well-organized, simple, and/or non-confusing way to easily learn how and continue to enter/edit/update symptoms, conditions, timeframes, etc. Upset that I feel too stupid to use it. :'(

This is an awesome app! It has everything I need to keep track of my symptoms. So many features that I couldn't list them all. One of the best things for me is that I can create custom symptoms and decide how I want to track them--which kind of chart to use, how to measure the symptom, precisely when I have the symptom, how long it lasts, etc. The user manual is included right in the menu and it's very clear and extensive. Also, the developer is very responsive to comments and questions.

Honestly the app is really good. I appreciate that the dev has personal experience so they know exactly what's important to log, and the premium version isn't necessary to log it (but it's definitely worth it for the 3D models. It's really nice to be able to visualize it for other people). I also appreciate that 10% of proceeds go to chronic illness or pain related charities (and you get to pick the one you wanna support, which is dope)

Amazing app with actually useful functionality. I was considering putting in the work to manually track all my symptoms in a spreadsheet or something, but thankfully found this first! Great for tracking any patterns in symptoms, medication response, triggers, etc. whether you're diagnosed or trying to figure out what's wrong.

I've been struggling to figure out how to track all the things I need. I tend to like the paper method, but there are so many factors to my condition, that was just overwhelming. I'm only a couple days in, but love that I could get in touch with the developer. (It wasn't my brain fog, but a small glitch in how the tags work, to be fixed at the next update). Going to subscribe to get the extra features!

I'll be entirely honest, I have had a tough couple of years trying to keep track of what I was feeling, trying to convey these feelings to doctors - even to my family was a struggle. I just barely got the app, and even without access to the 3D model I feel so much more organized.

This has been the best for tracking my symptoms for Psoriatic arthritis. As I became more familiar with the app, I moved to tracking my other chronic conditions as well. The addition of FEV1 to the vitals section became invaluable to me. This one app replaced 3 other apps I was using to track my health. Now there's no excuses, and I can tell at a glance why I'm feeling off. It's soooooooo very customizable. Thank You for designing such a useful, user-friendly way of keeping track of ourselves.
