I like the mood tracking, AI interactive journals and variety of activities. I wish the app would track completion of courses and assessments. I cannot tell which ones I have already done and what my score was.

I subscribed for a 7 day free trial and that's about all I was able to do.. App wouldn't let me go any further.. 👎🏾👎🏾 Immediately canceled the subscription.. U won't get $60 a year outta me for nothing.! 😠😡🤬🤡

Great addition to traditional therapy or if you can't afford therapy. It's a little buggy but they have been steadily improving overtime. I've been using since Jan 2023. Besides teaching about Cognitive Behavior Therapy concepts it guides you through your thoughts, helps you challenge and reframe them. Very helpful.

They took a freeware diary tool < I remember it from 2012> and turned it into subscription only crippleware. On the Play store your only option is FreeCBT. The original app Thought diary from excelatlife on the web was removed by Google. MindHealth at least allows a single payment option, but is too expensive. Not everyone earns US dollar

Great app, really helps to unpack unhealthy thoughts. I tried the Pro version but found the OCD diagnosis test to be very basic and not inclusive of ocd surrounding intrusive thoughts

This is a really great option to explore CBT. There are a lot of resources for navigating mental health. It doesn't remind me to check in unless I have just done something with the app. I'd prefer it be timed or daily, instead of I just journal, and then it asks me if I want to after I am done. Overall it has been a great help.

So far, so good. My boyfriend bought the premium version for me and it was fantastic. I am giving this five stars because I really liked the interface/the way it was organized. There are many journals there that are helpful for every thought or feeling. The app really challenges you to think about alternative thoughts, it really encourages you to reflect about the day. Will change my review if ever I notice something odd.

If used in "Classic" mode, this is a brilliant app. Some may prefer "Modern" mode, but it's not for me. It adds a lot of unnecessary graphic fluff, and has annoying quirks. For instance, you can't start a new paragraph because...why? Also, my keyboard app doesn't work properly in modern mode. But anyway...this app will definitely help you work through some longstanding mental issues if you use it. My "I loved it" review is for Classic mode only. My review of Modern mode would be 2 star, at most. Dev, please never make Modern mode mandatory. If you do, I'll have to stop using the app. People use this app because it's fast and gets out of our way. Your update is the opposite of that.
