the most obnoxious app possible. takes 10 seconds to get through insane membership offers with hidden close buttons just to open the app. then it's constantly barking at you about permissions. programmed by AI or idiots, not sure. also, I don't need daily notifications from my stupid scooter rental app - thanks

I used Swing to subscribe to a bike service called swap and their level of incompetence is something I've not seen in Korea before. It was misinformation, lies, and scammy behaviour. I don't know why swing has partnered with them but because it I have to rate them with 1 star.

App doesnt show parking restriction zones when you rent the bike, only shows you what zones are restricted after you rent the bike, so sometimes you have to cycle further than you actually needed to because you can't park anywhere near where you need to go, defeating the purpose. Decent app in itself otherwise, bikes often have low battery.

Works consistently well for me. Scooters are avalaible almost everywhere I go (Bikes not as much and I haven't used any of the mopeds yet.) The only problem that I've personally had is that the scooters sometimes don't activate in spite of the app acting like they did, so I have to end the ride and start it again. Thankfully, this happens pretty rarely, so it doesn't really worsen my experience with the app.

This app has been charging me $5 a week for 6 months and I didn't sign up for anything. I got no reciept or any indication of my purchase in my history or anywhere. I used their service for 3 days in Korea and then left the country. I talked to customer service and they refuse to refund the money despite me explaining this to me. This is a sketchy company that wants to get money by unethical means. Don't give them your card number. I will be doing a dispute with the bank.

It's more like "Move with trash". Most of their kickboards are broken and very unsafe. It's relatively expensive with night fees than other kickboard service. Their 'Swing Pass' membership system is a joke! I was charged couple of times even though I purchased the pass. Highly not recommended!

I've always used this app on my iphone and it was great. now that I switched to a Pixel 8 Pro, it never works. every time I open the app, it just crashes and closes.

The App stole my money. I put a 50,000 won deposit down. I used a scooter once. Then, months later when I try to login to get my deposit back, the app is updated and the login screen refuses to load. From the looks of it, it's either a really poorly made app, or it's a scam.
